Wikimedia Norway uses the password-protected noboards page for upload of
accounting documents, employment contracts, and other restricted materials.
Only Board members have Access to the site.

However, it appers that the ability to upload files to the noboards site has
been turned off. This is extremely unconvenient, as we use noboards as a
safe Storage for employee contracts, salary information and documents. We
cannot upload that to Commons....
So, could somebode PLEASE turn on again the upload files-function to noboards?
It is really vital to us that we get this function back.
This was the Message I got on noboards, including instructions:
"Uploading files to this wiki is not enabled. Please upload to Wikimedia
Commons.
To be able to use this special page to upload to this wiki, an administrator
needs to add one or more license options to the page MediaWiki:Licenses.
Use the following format: * Template name|Label. Use any text to enable
uploading without license options. "
