There is often a need to check for new accounts created somewhere on a large
range. Looking through thousands of edits in a /16 is mind-numbing, and if
there are too many edits, the results are not shown.
It would be nice to be able to request that only the new account creations on
the specified range are in the results; i.e. no edits at all - only the account
creation log entry. Less noise; less time wasted.
