In regards to visibility:
I think it's fine then if we skip the 'not visible' part. This is not intended
to be used for a fictional exercise, but to actually manage the real, every day
workflow of the mediawiki core team.

In regards to name:
According to http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Phabricator/Help#Creating_a_project
"Unnecessary use of frequent words like "Wikimedia" or "MediaWiki" should be
avoided." I'm fine naming it something other than 'core-team' - but since this
is a workflow management board for the mediawiki core team, it seems the name
should be reflective of the team. Can we call it 'mediawiki-core-team'? I just
wanted to avoid unnecessary use of the word 'mediawiki' ;)

In regards to scope of the project:
This will be the day-to-day project management/workflow board for the mediawiki
core team.

In regards to urgency:
If the team decides they need a place to experiment first, we'll go ahead and
use phab01. At the earliest, it would be great to have a project set up here
(phabricator.wikimedia.org) for 13 Oct 2014 in case they don't feel it's
necessary to experiment first. At the latest, we should have a project set up
here by 15 Oct 2014 so the team can leave the workshop with a functioning board
ready to go for their day-to-day work.
