I see at least two components that have an offboarded staff member listed as a
default CC ([email protected] on "Extensions->Echo" and
[email protected] on "MediaWiki->MediaWiki UI").
1) I'm not sure how to search for other components, that the addresses might be
a default CC on?
2) I've added a section at
https://office.wikimedia.org/wiki/VerboseOffboard#Bugzilla for future
reference, but it would be helpful to get more details there.
3) It would also be good to clean up any known instances.
This will all help to avoid confusion, particularly in any cases where there is
only a single CC (because that makes it look as if the issue might get
attention, when it very likely won't).
