As far as I know, the only way to get notified by e-mail about new comments on
a revision currently is to comment on the revision or be the one who committed
it. MediaWiki development has a lot of lurkers who might want to watch the
comments on particular revisions (or maybe even code branches), but don't want
to comment on every revision. There should be a way to add revisions to a
notification list so that new comments will be sent to those who are interested
in the new comments.
