Hi, I am mayurkumar from hindi wikipedia.We 24 admins on our project.most of
them are slept and there are no of good users who want protected page editing
access.We cann't promote them as admins due to this only issue. but we can may
them priviledge to edit protected page to resolve this issue.We have privilege
to make confirmed user.So Our communtity planed to give this editing acess to
confirmed user.We will make any good user as confirmed user rather than an
admin.We have obtained whole community consensus with no opposition.You can
