Let's please not introduce/discuss functionality in Phabricator here that never 
existed in Bugzilla. "Mozilla bug 1234" links to "bug 1234" in the local 
Bugzilla instance. Other example: I've also seen people writing "#1234" in 
Bugzilla but that never linked to bug report 1234 either.
