current jump screen from a remote wiki to go to a vote wiki
Right now the title for the election is coming over to jump wikis for
Special:SecurePoll purposes (it shows correctly when you go to vote) but on the
jump screen it is only showing the message name which probably means the title
msg itself is not set (see attachment). It should probably just copy the title
name from the election name.
