Please add a parameter apto as the end of iteration/as opposite of apfrom
When iterate through the list of pages, you maybe want to stopp at a point. Now
you have to parse each title and check for the end and than break. But it is
also possible that there is no title, which start with your end, so the
iteration does not stopp. It is better, when this is under controll of the api.
You can also add this parameter to the other list=all* modules.
