Steps to reproduce:
1. Complete the installation up to the 'Database settings' page.
2. Input value for the 'Name of wiki' field.
3. Click on the 'Continue' button twice.
Actual result:
Entered value is getting deleted.
Expected result:
Entered values should be retained.
