The request is here, a link to consensus (google translated it, seems fine: 3
or 4 people left a comment and all agree), and the 'shell' keyword was added.
There is no need to do anything further (voting is not required, although it
could bump it up), other then waiting for someone with shell access to do this.
At the moment there's a fairly long queue waiting:
