As all of the information that people have felt necessary to reproducing or describing the problem has been given in this report and it has all been dealt with, this bug should be closed. Do not reopen this bug, but feel free to open a new bug with new information. That would be an appropriate action if a problem reported in OTRS has not been dealt with yet and you wanted to report that problem.
