My patch provided localization for "MLA," and "APA," "Chicago," etc., as well. I also added localization options for "book", "web," etc. I don't think anybody contemplates that a *user* would ever create their own citation style within this system. This would be done by developers, because it has to be done in php, or else you might as well just use a wiki template. There is no standard citation style called "book" or "web".
