If I edit a part via
title=Translations:I18n_test/Page_display_title/en&action=edit&loadgroup=page%7CI18n+test&loadtask=view
And click there a button to save (de: "Seite speichern" "Seite speichern und
nächste öffen") the site /api.php will be opened with just a "dump" message
like this:

Anyway The text is stored.
