Indeed, I have uploaded the new photo (actually, I removed the old one from my
computer so that it is impossible to upload the old one) today. Despite of
that, the site shows the old photo with the metadata of the new one.
But now I see that it is even stranger: The thumb nail and the big image on top
of the page are wrong (old), but I found out now that if I click on them to get
the bigger image, the GOOD/NEW one shows up!
Also if I click on the text 'full resolution', I get the right photo.

But the most important is where the photo is shown in the Wikipedia lemma:
http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lijst_van_beelden_in_Apeldoorn
You will see there that the old photo of the Parelboom is shown. (At least, it
shows to me in Firefox 5 as well as in IE.)

If I click on that photo, I get the old photo in WP Commons.

So I think this problem is identical to bug #28613.
