We modified the {{{info}}} tag slightly so that it would always do a
case-insensitive comparison, since extensions that build upon or patch
MediaWiki don't always honor the lower case format (particularly the WYSIWYG
editor released by Ontoprise). This is a rather straightforward one-line fix
made against the most recent 2.2.1 release.
