This could easily solve many different problems already reported at other
bugreports
It would be possible the add parent category definition in
MediaWiki:Babel-autocreate-text-levels bei adding e.g. [[Kategorie:User $3]]
(if $3 would be the language code). Or Interwikis could be initionally added
([[en:User $3-$1]] [[no:Bruker $3-$1]]{{Commonscat|User $3-$1}}) to the local
category text template
This should be implemented for MediaWiki:Babel-autocreate-text-levels and
MediaWiki:Babel-autocreate-text-main
