TASK DESCRIPTION

As a data consumer I would like to get the SPARQL query results fast, so I don't have to wait for the query to be executed.

In some use cases it is preferable to have fast answers instead of fresh results.
Also in some cases data changes very rarely.
e.g.

  • Example dialog query preview
  • Query helper suggestions
  • SPARQL apps e.g. Scholia
  • Sharing long running queries ( 5min )

This could also free some resource from #wikidata-query-service and avoid throttling.
