I have checked the wikibase recently and I'm writing down some suggestions that have mostly to do with the design and reorganization:

-The front page can be more organized, we can remove some elements. We can add the blue banner as a header banner and put the menu below it, so we remove one logo and keep it only at the banner.

The text about the main projects can be designed differently, having them in the same section.
-Why use Wikibase – this could be removed from the front page and be as a menu button.

If we click: Application at the menu tab.
Documentation and Download could be one tab since they redirect you to the same page.

For the content below, we should work a bit on the design and reorganization, for example the Submenu: Documentation | Download | Browse source | Review commits | CI status should have more space on that page. They can be as different sections, following the logic of the front page. The information about media wiki such as: Functionality.... Mechanisms to...should be as bullet point and smaller size, so the reader to be able to see first the sections about documentation, download... and then read the info below about media wiki and extensions. The same logic about reorganization of the content can be follow for the next menu tabs.
