Wikibase and help people find all the tools and documentation around it.
People need to better understand what Wikibase is, why they'd want to use it and get answers to questions about how to install/use it.
What has the highest priority of these? They can't be all done at the same time and they might target different populations (Does my Org need it vs. how do I install it might be something not done by the same person)
