The good thing is It does not really matter and for the sake of argument let's assume that yes (effectively predating such a situation in the future), because it helps illustrate the gravity of the decision. What we really want to find out is if the premise described in bullets #1 and #3 are factually correct and if consequently it is at developers' discretion to declare this one and the same component. Despite the inconveniencing nature of such demand it would really be of great value for us to reach a //definite// verdict on this for it determines which technical approaches to take are valid ones.
