Restricted Application added a project: Wikidata.

TASK DESCRIPTION
Stack traces should NEVER be exposed by default to a user IMO. They are for
developers. That's an important UI bug to fix because currently we are not
explaining e.g. why time-outs happen.

Time-outs are IMO a feature that keeps WDQS working for a broad user base on
a limited budget. We should tell the user what to do to avoid time-outs.

  Something like:
WDQS handles >100 mio queries per year and the WMF has decided to only
support queries that finish within 30 seconds. If you need to run more complex
queries or queries that e.g. traverse all humans or science articles in
Wikidata you can set up WDQS yourself <https://wikiba.se/> and download all the
data <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Database_download> and run
whatever queries you want without time limits at your own expense on your own
infrastructure.
