  It might be a good business idea for someone to set up a WDQS, replicate WD 
and slap on an account system and let the users pay per second their queries 
run.
  
  That would take a lot of burden of off WDQS I think because then you could 
have no timeouts and queries running for a long time for researchers and others.
  
  Anyone doing this might want implement a stop button which is a important 
missing feature IMO.
