  We have looked into various flakey tests multiple times and have not found 
any concrete cause.

  I wouldn't be surprised, and perhaps wikibase surfaces them more as we have 
more tests.
  Interestingly we still have a bunch of old ruby tests and they are not flakey 
at all ;)
  
  Looking at F32377276 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/F32377276> my gut 
feeling again is that these are often caused by failed or hanging network 
requests in the browser (to other apis etc)
  We looked to see if we could extract data from the network stuff in the 
browser but didn't get anywhere.
