I dove into one of the issues highlighted in this task in T273327#6884379 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T273327#6884379> and all it seems to need is a longer timeout (there seems to be nothing wrong with the test). As far as I can tell that relates to the third task in the description, and likely anything else that says `(".oo-ui-dialog #data-bridge-app .wb-db-bridge") still not displayed after` It's fairly hard to dig into these older ones as the logs no longer exist in CI. We should possible paste bin the whole lots somewhere in future so that they can be investigated. Thus for now I'm just going to close this one as there is nothing extra actionable here right now unless we see more failures. If we do I would ask that individual tickets be created for them!
