TASK DESCRIPTION As a WCQS maintainer I want new instances of WCQS to be configurable via Puppet so I can efficiently maintain a WCQS production cluster. Most of the configuration is similar to WDQS, but there's the additional matter of setting up the authentication (not sure how much work is required on this).
