Smalyshev added a comment. Not sure about usecase for notBestRank. I think FILTER NOT EXISTS (which is SPARQL expression of not having something) won't be faster than just checking for BestRank, but I have a feeling it'd be a premature optimization on this stage - I think we shouldn't try to second guess query optimizer until we know it's wrong.
