Smalyshev added a comment. `?r >= "normal"^^wdo:rank` is not the same as best rank. Best rank is tricky - if there is preferred statements somewhere on this property, then it's `?r >= "preferred"^^wdo:rank` otherwise it's normal. It won't be easy to do it in SPARQL efficiently, as it needs a lookup across all statements for this property.
