Yeah, the transaction isolation is the problem. The conflict is detected when
I use
name=SqlSiteLinkConflictLookup::getConflictsForItem()
// $dbr =
$this->db->connections()->getWriteConnectionRef();
$dbr = $this->db->connections()->getWriteConnection(
ILoadBalancer::CONN_TRX_AUTOCOMMIT );
to get a separate connection without a running transaction.
