The constraint type in the heading (“none-of constraint” in the screenshot) already links to the constraint definition (example <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P50#P50$8229257f-429d-8e17-9a3c-973f5e7dee75>). (I guess that’s not exactly obvious… you might expect it to link to the “none-of constraint” item.
