Based on a recent conversation, and thanks to @LucasWerkmeister's input, I
settled on a new suggestion for the copy of the button at the last step of the
form: "Publish changes". The new copy tries to:
1. Be more consistent with the terminology used to apply changes in Item
pages ("Publish") – and beyond, see edit mode of article pages in Wikipedia.
2. Try to communicate to the user that their changes are going to be visible
in the Item page (made public) immediately after performing that action.
