As of now these processes are generating data that predominantly is populating outputs in the published datasets <https://analytics.wikimedia.org/published/datasets/>. These processes are now stalled until such a time as the deployment is updated? Well, it's hard to tell, for starters, puppet will fail to run, and anything that tries to use the system to resolve a name (probably docker itself trying to pull, etc.). With that also comes many many possible errors (apt update, apt install, curl, ntp, ...), so here be dragons xd Besides that, if it's working for you right now, you can keep it as is, but it might break in many ways for many reasons, and we will not be able to help much more.
