You can probably change the default address pools in docker:
# /etc/docker/daemon.json
{
"default-address-pools":
[
{"base":"192.168.0.0/16","size":24}
]
}
But you might have to recreate the containers that are currently running (and
maybe remove the current networks if they are not ephemeral).
