Because I was told by ops my setup for WDQS can't be part of official repo until it's production-ready, so not while it's in labs. But I hope adding shinken configs for labs setup is OK.

The URL probably would be http://wdqs-beta.wmflabs.org/bigdata/status and probably also http://wdqs-beta.wmflabs.org/status. 3. I'd say any string that makes sense, e.g. for the former it may be `Accepted query count=`, for the latter `Active connections`. 4.
