Halfak added a comment. Thanks @Lydia, but I think there is some confusion here. Presumably, the "History of the United States" article could be merged into the "United States" article. In fact, it once was! It is strictly a sub-article. Yet, "History of the United States" is an "aspect of" "History". That's not the relationship we want. "Part of" doesn't seem right either. We're talking about a conceptual relationship between "United States" (Q3) and all of the articles in a wiki that represent sub-articles of that topic.
Right now, there is a 1:1 relationship between WikiData and articles on other wikis. That doesn't seem right given the sub-article pattern described in this task.
