TASK DESCRIPTION

There are some constraints that make sense on the global wikidata level, but might not be useful on the level of a specific item.

Maybe there should be a way to not display these on items.

Sample: A single value constraint for some identifier. If several apply for a specific items, these should be added, but displaying this as a violation might discourage users to do so.

Maybe some qualifier could be added to property constraint statements on properties to specify this.
