CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION
A lot of users use the [[ https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Template:User_info | User_Info ]] template and include data items (like IRC, image, full name, etc.). This data is already included on their User profile page and //ought// to be available through Wikidata.

Doing this would allow global, public data, to be stored (and queried) on on the user themselves and allow items to be associated with user accounts.
