TASK DESCRIPTION
When trying to add content to an Wikibase container instance through the API the effort is blocked with the following message:
"Request from 2xxx:yyyy:zzz:aaaa:1111:2222:3333:aaa via cp3031 frontend, Varnish XID 881824315<br>Upstream caches: cp3031 int<br>Error: 403, Insecure Request Forbidden - use HTTPS -"
I have tried to install OpenSSL on the machine, but failed to link it to the docker image being run. Is it possible to disable this HTTPS requirement, or how can I run the docker image so that it accepts https requests when launched on localhost.
