That is much bolder claim, since it essentially says this is identity, they both refer to the same thing. And that may not always be true, as different databases may have different rules and different approaches to what entries mean - e.g. one database may talk about "book" meaning the content of the book regardless of how it is materialized, and another may mean by "book" a specific printed edition or even a specific physical object.
