This issue has been fixed in the latest version of the code; the
reason we're not running it yet is that we still have a bit of an
uphill battle get all the LQT changes integrated in MediaWiki proper
(I don't want us to upgrade to an intermediate hackish stage).

David has also improved the summary workflow to redirect you to the
actual thread that is being summarized when the summary is written. In
general, I think we still need to figure out the best way to encourage
summaries being written, or maybe make them optional.

Wikia is funding continued development of LQT until December 25, so if
you have specific comments & wishes, there's a good chance we can get
them implemented.
