That would be easy enough to do, but we should look at the possible
consequences of such a tag -- what we don't want, I think, is a
division of the community into "LQT lovers" and "LQT haters", and
arbitrary selections of pages that don't use LQT.
So,

* For things which require a wiki page, you could just do them in a
different namespace;
* Perhaps it would be interesting to hack a feature to "hook up"
additional wiki pages into tabs associated with a primary page;
* The specific deficiencies of LQT should IMO be addressed through
incremental improvements.
