The increasing number of e-learning and technology-based blended
learning courses at universities raises many challenges for
instructors on how to implement and use technology appropriately.
Although few studies have been conducted on how university instructors
are using technology, proper implementation of technology affects
student learning. Educators realize the importance of quality
instruction. Many universities provide faculty professional courses to
help instructors. However, university instructors may not be competent
or feel comfortable with technology. I am interested in exploring the
challenges university instructors face in implementing technology
worldwide. I would like educators from other countries to join me in
researching quality instruction for blended learning courses.
