I don't think that is correct. While there currently is no version of WikiEducator that *defaults* to Chinese, the MediaWiki software that runs WE does support Chinese characters in two ways: 1. You can choose your preferred language on the the 'User Profile' tab of the 'my preferences' page. (This does require logging in, and negotiating that at least once in English. And admittedly not *all* of the user interface is translated in *all* of the languages.) 2. You can enter Chinese characters on wiki pages. (At least my simple tests work.)
