Hi Peter,

I'm no expert on quality, but IMHO< you know that you value quality if you
do not have it. When folks look at a page or a concept that looks
incomplete, or not up to a certain standard, they can 'feel' it, and respond
in a way to use it less, or refer to it less.

Regarding participation, I think this is essential - when featuring a
resource, perhaps there could be a learning activity around the featured
resource, to actually help grow the awareness of the importance of quality
as a target, and developing quality review as a process.  For example, how
did it come about; who was involved; roles; history / revisions / iterations
and what's next....timelines, changes and available resources....

I think this would be engaging, and could serve also as a launch point for
others to get involved at their level of interest and expertise - actually
being involved in the middle or the beginning or even towards the end....
