Barbara, You are not alone, my dear friend. I share the same sentiments about my work setting. I moved from my former high school in search of a school that had technology and a principal that could appreciate my exploration with computer-based learning. I was lucky to find both two years ago. I am lucky to have a wonderful principal who supports my work, but I am still very much alone in what I do, not only in the school, but in the whole country. Not that Israel is that big, mind you. I am finding most of the support I need online with people I have never met. So, I understand how you feel. Maybe we can join forces with other like minded teachers and do something online together.
