I added a category: "Deletion requested" to the "Delete" template.
Pages marked by users as follows: "{{Delete}}" followed by a brief
rationale, will be listed here:
http://www.wikieducator.org/Category:Deletion_requested
. Admin can then determine whether to delete. It's worth noting that
deleted pages can be restored. It's a start; if it becomes useful, it
could be incorporated into the tutorials.
