Hi Leigh

As an educator, I'm now blacked out as well. Not unlike digital rights
management --- we'll be moving down a slippery slope if we presume guilt
before innocence.

Copyright must be respected --- however accusations of copyright
transgressions --- which could lead to internet connectivity being cut
without due process and investigation seems out of tune with the values
of fair dealing in education. Not too mention that many of our free
content licenses which encourage reuse and sharing are in fact copyright
licences.

Cheers
Wayne
