What do people think about nominating UPE's. The idea being that a WE member could nominate any other member to be the UPE (http:// www.wikieducator.org/UPE) and accompanying their nomination a description of why they have been nominated. Then a small team would evaluate the nomination against the description and if the description is compelling and the user page matches the description they become a UPE. This approach would hopefully open up the diversity and creativity of the UPE.
