Hi Jim,
My Time Offset is -5:00 (Mexico City)
Local Time returned for each personal editing is correct according to my
settings.
(Page http://www.wikieducator.org/Special:RecentChanges)
I've added code {{LOCALTIME}} to my User Page
(http://www.wikieducator.org/User:Chela5808)
It returned an +2 Offset.
Do you know why?
