No need for apology -- This gives us a greater opportunity to share the
official launch of OERF globally!  Don't know why I didn't thing of this
before!

Would you like to help us co-ordinate an international activity encouraging
WkiEducators and affiliated insitutions to sign the Cape Town Open
Declaration on SFD?

Pretty neat idea?
